A. This site is absolutely FREE.

A. Not all contractors may not be in our database. After attempting a search for your contractor simply click on “Add a Renovator” and follow the instructions.

A. Click on the “Write a Review” tab and follow the steps. If the contractor is not in our database you can add them in during the write a review process.

A. The rating system is set up on a 1-5 scale with various attributes that make up the overall rating. You can see the breakdown of a ratings by going to a particular rating and clicking on the “View Rating Details” tab.

A. The site generates through small banner ads that you see on the side of the page. It is optional to click on these ads.

A. No, we do not allow any renovators or persons rated on this site to directly sponsor their listing to gain a preferred posting on the rating ladder. Only reviews dictate where a renovator ends up on the ratings chart when the list in generated from a search.

A. As soon as you hit the post button once you have completed your review there will be an e-mail sent to you to confirm your e-mail address. Once this e-mail is confirmed by you, your posting will be on the site. If postings are found to be inappropriate per the terms and conditions of this site, the site administrator has full capacity to delete any postings at their discretion.

A. Anybody who has directly received a product or service from the renovator being reviewed per the posting. You must have fulfilled this requirement to post a review as we will remove reviews that are deemed to be heresy or false.

A. We do review all ratings but in the case that a rating does get by us as an approved rating that contains inappropriate material please send us an e-mail via the contact tab at the bottom of each page and the review will be evaluated and deleted if deemed inappropriate.

A. We ensure that the reviewer has a valid e-mail address and contact information before the review can be posted and we do review all postings as best we can for authenticity. We only allow each person to review each individual contractor only once to ensure that false posting is not an issue. We also do checks into accounts to validate the e-mail addresses and contact information authenticity.
